What is included in managed network services?

How is managed network service priced?
Engagements are scoped to a fixed monthly fee based on which solution areas you take on - managed firewall, connectivity, switch and Wi-Fi management, or monitoring - rather than open-ended hourly billing.
Do you support businesses with just one office?
Yes. Single-site SMEs with a neglected or unmanaged network are one of our most common client profiles - you don't need multiple locations to benefit.
